Oh this is not good. Is there any portion of the wire that you can get a hold of with pliers? If not you can look on youtube for the videos about the machine disassembly.

How do I remove a piece of metal from bra which has got stuck under the insiden cylinder and drum

it completely has to be pulled apart and once you have done that you will probably find the bra wire while spinning around has ripped into the plastic outer tank so bad it will now leak and have to be replaced & this is the most expensive job to have done it sounds silly for a bra wire but you should honestly consider buying a new machine it often ends up cheaper to do so rather than spending 3/4's of the price of a new one fixing your one.

You could try pulling the bra carefully out, and try rotating the dum both ways at same time.
I dont think removing the rubber seel will help, but if you want to try, I think that is held on by a wire and strong spring, try a blunt screwdriver,or spoon handles, so as not to damage the rubber, and leaver it off, to replace, use some soap, "fairy liquid type" to help wire slip over the rubber lip!
(In future put bras into small bags, for socks, just a thought)

I have a bosch washer machine which has got a bras wire stuck in the drum i think. When i run the washer now water is coming out from under the machine.

possibility of such a bra wire stuck in the drain valve or drain hose, you can check, ranging from filter sewage water to the drain valve (with drain motor). you should open the drain valve / motor assembly. wire bra might clog there. so that the rubber water valve does not close properly

Sounds like a bra disintegrated and plugged the drain pump. Last time I had this happen, I had to take the machine apart, then the outlet pump and manually remove the clothing item. Most likely a service call for you.

Bra underwire stuck

Switch off machine and unplug it from the wall socket. Remove back plate and identify the heating element. It should be located at the bottom of the outer drum. Remove element and you will have limited access to the space between the drums. Rotate the drum slowly by hand untill the bra wire gets to the bottom of the drum. Remove obstruction with hook or long tweeser.
