Not sure where you are but Repco sell conversion harnesses that suit a lot of different cars. I used one of these to put a new stereo into my Sons car and it worked perfectly. It matched up the Hyundai radio plug to the new Stereo. Cant remember which make of stereo. Give Repco a call. I think it was about $25 and saved a lot of grief.
scroll down the page to the owners manual link. It has the wiring in it. The 380 is the slightly older model but all the color codes of pioneer radios use the industry standard colors.
I hope you didn,t cut off your original factory radio harness, The easist way is to buy a wireing harness adapter kit. That hooks up to the wires on your new deck, End has plugs on it that plug into your factory radio harness. They can be braught at most places that sell end install car audio equipment for $15to $25 at the most.

Most aftermarket pioneer cd/radio decks have the electrical connector for the antenna that I've seen.
Is this a cd only deck, or does it have radio functions?
Did you use a new harness wiring adapter to get the pioneer radio to work with the old harness?
There should be a color coded set of wires for the power antenna on that. And, then the Pioneer radio should have wires that were labeled for the power antenna.
