There are 2 adjustments for the S meter on a Connex cx-33. SV1 and SV2. The thing about setting that meter is you need to have an accurate RF generator the can ouput -93 dBm

How do I set my swr on my galaxy dx 33 hml CB radio with a astatic swr meter and a top loaded tunable fire stick antenna

Watch the meter as you adjust the antenna. Try to get an SWR of 1:1, or as close to it as you can get.

O am mode my recieve meter doesnt move but i recieve and can transmitt..wha

Not sure what you mean, but there is always atmospheric noise. You use your squelch to adjust it to where the static you hear is just silenced. You will never not hear noise on AM or SSB. It is the nature of the mode. On FM its a different story.

Ranger superstar 33 no recieve

If you're still getting loud squelch noise but do not receive on any channel, you must check the RF from the antenna to the audio stage(not included). There must be more than just one RF stage in this radio. Let me know what you find.

Cybex 445t err 1

Error 1 means belt didn't start (or no speed sense).
Speed sensor and motor brushes are usually the culprit. Most of the time this its just the speed senor is out of place. Remove the hood and next to the pulley on the front roller you'll see a little black pill with wire attached. Adjust the tip of that to where its sitting within about an 1/8 inch from the magnet on the pulley. Speed sensor can go bad and you can tell by using a voltage meter on the audible continuity setting. New speed sensor: Cybex CX 445T Speed Sensor Part # AX 21500
If that doesn't work check your motor brushes, continuity on communication cables and calibrate it. If that doesn't work you may have a much larger problem such as a bad motor. How to test your motor
