It doesn't have built in bluetooth. Buy an external USB dongle.

At boot try F8 when windows logo appears.

Is this your laptop model? It doesn't seem right to me, usually Gateways have a model such as M200 etc... have you tried here?

I don't understand the question? What is the problem? Are you installing a new OS? Reinstalling Windows 7 64bit?

you do 2 things:
1) restart the computer HOLD the keys CTRL or FN+f11 or f12 depend of your mark, and go to restore to factory default
2) get assistance support from Gateway via ONLINE chat, they guide you to download the driver in case that you need. before do the first steps that I did mentioned.

try reinstalling the drivers

I know this is probably a late answer but try pressing (F6) on the keyboard and then try using the touch pad again.
