My pitco frayer model sg14 when I switch on its showing on display boil Sig

Fryer's Digital Controller will display "BOIL" if the temperature is it reading does not exceed 212F or 100C for quite some time. Make sure that there is enough level of oil (not water) in the Fry Pot before turning it on.

HAVE YOU TRIED TO ADJUST THE TSTAT KNOB OR "CALIBRATE" THE UNIT ?

Computer Board is telling you that the drain valve is open so better close the drain valve. If it is already closed, check the alignment of the proximity switch, the actuator and the magnet must be properly aligned to give signal to the computer board that the drain is close.

CFG error on controller board can be cleared by resetting the controller back to factory setting and by doing this, all program added after the factory setting will be erased so you have to reprogram them again.

Try removing the oil and boil out the fry tank.

id say change the valve that runs the gas has to be leaking
