I have bought a Zonerich ZQ-ECR800 cash register with no manual. I want a user manual to use this. Thank you

I woud try the manufactures web site for the latest drivers.

This usually happens when you have accidentally done an X report instead of a Z the night before. Look at the top of the receipts from the last few days' reports and see if it shows an X or Z on each of them. If you do an X report, it will print but not reset for the next day.

P.s. Do you have a copy of the ZQ-ECR800 manual that you wouldn't mind sharing (scanned or photos?) I have an 800 register that I can't find the manual for and so I can't use it. I would be happy to pay you something for your time if you wouldn't mind scanning it. Thanks
