Hi my question is that the needle does not pull the bobbin case thread
And even when i turn my machine to pull the bobbin thread the needle keeps hitting the bobbin rotary, the machine is pfaff 297-1 i need your help to fix my machine please. i think it has lost timing

Could be a few things. Absolutely minutely check that the top thread is threaded properly. Otherwise, it could be: Old thread. incorrect thread for the material. wrong size or blunt needle. or incorrect tension on needle I had this problem and I was missing a part of threading even though I have been sewing for years. :)
Try inserting the bobbin in the reverse direction. Most machines take a bobbin clockwise or counterclockwise and it can make a difference. Also try a new needle, a bad needle is often the problem believe it or not.
