Jacker same PC?
the coin cell battery RTC is dead, and can not be ignored like that ever.

Dell Dimension 4300 Bios A06 Intel 845 chipset relic. P4 (400hz /2Ghz max)
not told by all, buy a dead PC did you?, or dumpster dived it ??
when did PC laST RUN Perfectly not told, at all, wow, history ZERO 000000000
F9xxxxxxxxx is firmware, above F8xxxxxxxxxx
or failed out of the blue and casing never opened by you? (messed with)

rules of RAM, DDR.
a 2001, (no typo) relic and useless PC for sure. no modern OS runs here.!!!!
those are POST errors for DDR1 banks.

2 slots of ram. DDR1 old
not new with ******* high density ram.
test them 1 by 1 , at a time in bank 0, channel A slot????????
512 MB max per slot, so , 2 slots are 1GB max. per the manual I read to you
PC133 (non-ECC or ECC) and not Registered, RAM, SDRAM only , buffered.
the ram must be in matched sets, same SKU means same exact P/N#
intel and dell told you that and MMC is intels chip.
The bios must like any ram you buy, MUST.

this mobo has 4 LED panel for 4 bit binary POST errors what does the 4 LED codes show. 4 yellow is bad bios, means cannot finish POST
and more. in the free manual
this relic has no VGA port on mobo at all
that means only a PCI video card is allowed, to get video
that means it can fail when it tries to steal, VRAM from DDR1 bank.
sure can , try other VGA cArd? oops wrong this PC has AGP slot and we all know from 2001 year 1/2 the AGP 4x cards made do not work here, only DELLs list , work.
4x/2x modes at 1.5 V , using 3.3v AGP card will blow up(smoke)
some dual voltage cards do work but only in DELLS LIST 32bit only.
we all hated AGP then , it is a huge horror. then.
PCI video works better. try one for $5 used, PCI not PCI-express does not fit here.

as you can see I can not see your PC and all things connected
no what VGA card you have exactly and matters first. VRAM issues.
reading old dell form real posts at dell

1. 6200 nVidia AGP for basic work, light low level settings in games.
2. 6600 nVidia AGP for mid to low end gaming.
3. 6600 GT AGP, good over all lower mid level card for gaming, that would be my least choice for your system.
4. 7600 GS AGP, for lower mid level gaming
5. 7600 GT AGP, for a good over all card for your system and power supply.

do not attempt OC, overclocking or it will fail

this $9 at flea bay, 10 times PCs value. 21 years old

Dell Nvidia GeForce4 MX 420 AGP Video Card

Testimonial: "Thank you for your answer. The last time my PC worked was last week, and it was working with Windows XP professional and I installed the Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bits os. The Windows was working but I did not have any Internet connection because I had missing drivers. I tried to install the missing drivers but it has been a fail and at a certain moment my screen froze and I pressed the PC power button. In brief, I tried to reboot and I received those messages at the end. Since then, nothing is working."

well we test them all in channel A, 1 at a time if one fails it is bad. DDR1
XP is a virus magnet, that we know, (IT AND ALL DRIVERS ONLINE ARE INFECTED, 99.9%)
the HDD if bad , is I bet it is, omg 21 years old? no OS on earth run on any bad or sick HDD
the HDD if SATA is it? is only a 5 second test, using this tool BELOW, easy

finding drivers for XP now will get you a virus, that is a reality for using 2014 EOL XP, only endless infected drivers now.
so the 20 year coin is dead, will even on the 3rd coin every 7 years it was dead, no magic there,

the OS will; tell you memory data is corrupted on any bad HDD or virus.
all the OS knows is the data is bad. and bad HDD is it.
tell me you are not using A 21 year old IDE (pata 40 PIN RIBBON drive now) those take 3 days to test. horrible. things.

    here the sata test.

100% free, safe aND GOOD, AND CHECK VIA, VIRUSTOTAL.COM ME AND THEM)
    https://www.passmark.com/products/diskch...

RUN IT ON ALL SATA DRIVES DIRECT OR PUT DRIVE IN A PC THAT IS GOOD

THE LAST MAN ON XP ON EARTH, WOW, BRAVE/
    bad coin bat
    bad hdd
    infected XP
drivers infected. (in fact the bad stick of ram (false?) may be all these last three the cause )
if I went top goodwill (tm) store and bought 5 pCs like all 5 same thing.

does this PC have the RAM test in BIOS option, if yes this will not lie to you and runs with no hdd at all.

Unplug the memory stick/s, reinstall them and see what happens.

A03 checkpoint

Make sure that there is no power failure during bios update and you have a power back up of atleast 10-15 minutes. Download the update from Dell's website and double click on the .exe program. Wait for program to finish the job.

[Ithr]checkpoint failure dell 8400 dimension

What can cause this error?

Well, this is the problem since quite a variety of problems can trigger the error.

1: the bios can be malfunctioning (a bios reset or flash can give a solution)
2: the cpu can be malfunctioning (this requires a new cpu)
3: the cpu socket can be failing (this requires a new mb)
4: the problem can be with bad usb sockets
5: even a bad uplink to a usb hub can cause this error to appear.
Did you change your monitor lately? I would chase down the USB things first...that and the monitor seem to trip the trigger...
Hope this get you started- I think you were right on target with the flash of the BIOS-try it again using the BIOS flash downloaded from the dell site...and to run the chipset again...it just might
Good luck my friend, hope this helps, please leave rating, thank you kindly

My dell dimension 8400 bios a03 fails to bootup and displays this alert on the screen: Many attempts to boot the system have failed at checkpoint [Ithr]. how can i recover from this?

You need to reset your bios settings. Open your case and remove the cmos battery for 10 minutes. Caution: unplug all ac plugs before you open your case. put the battery back in and turn it on you should see an error message saying: you need to set system time and date. If you see this then you have successfully reset your bios settings and the defaults should load up. follow the instructions to change your time and date settings and save. reboot and hopefully you can boot up. I hope this works.

My dell optiplex gx200 bios can't boot

maybe try taking out the cmos battery located in your case, looks like a small watch battery, that will clear bios settings and start from scratch, if there is no battery then there is a jumper sequence to do this

Can't Do Anything... NEED HELP!!!

"Alert previous attempt at booting the system has failed at checkpoint emem {EMem}."
This is a No Post issue and if youre going to check the quadpack it will show yygg which indicates memory failure.
Quick Step : Reseat memory
If cust has more than 1 memory, test each memory on each slots until you find the memory that’s causing the error message and send a replacement for the faulty memory.
