In attempts to get your IN15 projector working, please try the steps below.

Disconnect AC power from the projector and wait for 10 seconds for supply to properly discharge.

While holding down the Menu, Select and Input buttons simultaneously, plug in the main AC power until

the LEDS stop flashing (approximately 7 seconds)

your bulb is more than likely out. take it to your local repair shop and they will be able to tell you, or if you are savvy enough take the bulb out and and look at it, WARNING: the bulb contains mercury so prior to removing the bulb, as a precaution, put on some latex gloves. Also make sure that you unplug it first and discharge the capacitors by pressing the power button a couple of times. If the bulb is bad it will have more than likely cracked or shattered, or in some cases just have a silverish Rainbow burn on the bulb itself.

sounds like a fan not working or a bad power supply/ballast. If it is a fan that is not working it will cause it to shut down. That would either be a bad fan or bad main board. But, if all fans are working, most likely it's the power supply/ballast.

Try a firmware upgrade.

Many projectors allow you to vertically flip the image for mounting the projectors upside down. Each projector is different in how to change that setting, so I would look in your owners manual.

Hello, Well sorry to say but you may have a new lamp that doesn't work.
1) There are a increasing number of bad Chinese knock offs that are made very poorly and usually fail within a few hundred hours or do not work at all. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is actually applicable here. An OEM lamp is pretty pricey I know but buying 3 or 4 cheap Chinese ones cost's more in the long run.
2) Another possibiltiy is the power supply for the lamp has failed and your old lamp may not be dead quite yet. If you are sure the old lamp did fail then most likely the problem would be the above #1

you need to replace the lamp and reset the lamp hours.

clean it out. use canned air and blow the dust out of it. sometimes after many overheating issues, the temperature sensor needs to be replaced. but first clean it out and make sure the fans work well. if they spin slowly, replace them.

This could be one of two problems I have seen with another model Infocus projector (they are very good projectors though)

The first is the video input. Make sure it is attached correctly at both ends of the cable.
The second, remove the dust covers and blow them out. The problem can arrise if the temperature sensor detects the air inside the unit is getting too hot. If you can see the sensor when the dust covers are off (it will look like a little lump of goo on the end of a wire) then just give it a wipe as well. If dust settles on those it can cause incorrect temps to be reported.
