Does anyone know any information on how to factory reset a prison style tablet. Hiteker u804mc anything relevant please.?

I just wanted to reset it back to a normal operating tablet.

Do you have 'Administrator' access on the tablet? This is where you can get into the main Settings area of the tablet. If it is a prison style tablet the sign in details for the inmate would have been severly restricted with no access to the settings.
If you can access the settings go to 'Privacy'. There should be an option for a 'Factory Data' Reset. You should be able to do a full reset through that option.

My next book tablet is frozen on a black screen & it's repeatedly saying it's optimizing apps, n won't do anything else,I think someone added a bunch of apps n to many are on it there's approx( 160) apps...
First do a master reset. Hold the power switch for 10 seconds. That should make it boot back up once it does do a factory reset and start fresh
