If your 93 is anything like my 96 was, you can access the temp control ( called a blend door) door by removing the glove box. You should be able to see the control cable on top of the heater plenum. Sorry I can't be of more help than that other than to say the screws holding things together are quite difficult to reach. Good luck!
Do you mean your heater is saying water sensor open? Or your control? Whichever one it is , simply replace the sensor, if it's the system giving you this msg the. Find a probe with a bandclamp on your plumbing and replace it .
If it's the heater giving the code then depending on what type heater you have, the temp sensor is located around the header area
the chlorine generator is giving you a correct readout of your pool temp. however, your water temp sensor is bad. if you look at your filter pump, follow the pipe coming from the top of the pipe, until you see a metal clamp. withthe system off, remove the clamp and pul out the sensor from the pipe and replace with a new 10k ohm temp sensor. NOTE: Older Jandy systems used black temp sensors, the new sensor may be slightly larger. use a masonry drill bit to bevel the old hole out for the new sensor, and replace the wires.
If this is a problem only when the air temp out side is cooler than normal and your water temp is low, then the unit is performing correctly. The heatpump is having trouble performing with low ambient air temp because when the temp gets to low the coil will ice up. You may also have a bad defrost sensor (coil temp sensor).
Error showing 113 - Had pro check it out, all systems normal (voltages, gas, etc.). Spent $310 and ordered new control assembly from Amazon (pool store wanted $425) installed myself in under 2mins and heater works perfectly again.
