Gps can't find me

Alpine always defaults to Torrance, California because that's where they are headquartered. It sounds like you have a bad (or unplugged) GPS antenna or it is not located properly (beneath metal, etc.).

How you make the camera work for front view on alpine INEw927hd? How do you connect the camera that came with the unit?

you must buy one of these camera and install one in the front of vehicle and one in the back to inew927hd. read the following (With front or rear camera installation, the screen on the INE-W927HD will automatically switch to your front or rear camera view. For the front of the vehicle connect the HCE-C212F or HCE-C200F and for the rear, an HCE-C210RD, HCE-C200R, HCE-C117D, HCE-C115, or HCE-C104. These camera systems will work directly with the INE-W927HD for a clean and easy install. For camera multi-view control directly from the INE-W927HD, the HCE-C210RD for the rear and HCE-C212F for the front can be used.) camera setuppage1 camera setup page 2 , camera setup page 3 depending on the camera installed certain cameras allow different displays on the video screen ... any more questions email me at [email protected]

Tomtom xl wont turn on an overheat

It is a design flaw. I had the exact thing happen and TomTom advised "not to let it get warm" inside the car. I'm sorry, this is supposed to be affixed to the windshield and it gets hot. When the sun hits, it stops charging. Hold it in front of the AC vent for a few minutes, it cools down and it charges again. But it shuts off in the heat because it will not charge!

Camera Keeps shutting off

Have you changed the battery/batteries for another brand? I'm wondering if various brands react differently to extreme temperatures? Probably not the problem with your camera, just thought it might be worth a try!
