The Lexmark X2470 printer uses the #1 cartridge which prints both color and black accordingly. While printing black it uses processed black. Hence, to print color images in "Black Only," please follow the steps given below:
1. Click on "Start," "All Programs," "Lexmark X2470 printer" group and then "Lexmark Photo Editor." 2. Click on "File" and then "Open" to select the color image file. 3. Click on "Image," "Mode" and then select "Grayscale." 4. Click on "Print."
This will print the image in gray.
