If the screen is damaged then there's nothing to use boy . My advice to you is to backup your data on this phone by connecting it to a pc using Nokia Pc Suit . With nokia pc suit you should be able to acces your phone . After saving your data , take your phone directly to the service !

it's either the display module or the system board that is broken. anyway, the phone needs to be repaired by a professional. since the repair is more expensive than replacing the whole phone, it's better to just replace it. maybe you can still sell the phone to a repair centre, who can still use the functional parts.

Hi ,Try to charge your mobile with another same model battery, switch it on.. and keep it swiching on for five mins,, and try with your battery .. its really works.. this is all because your battery charge limit is gone under minimum

attach the mobile using the data cable and go to the my computer and right click on the phone memory and scan it. b4 that install the nokia pc suite in ur computer for the device to get detected

Yup, if touching the flex cable caused this issue, then you can be sure either the cable or the display circuitry needs to be replaced. It is cheaper to try to replace the cable first. If the issue still occers, then better buy a new phone, cuz the cost of replacing the display circuit is not worth repairing.

This is a major fault, screen gets blank white because of some problem in its display panel which is right behind the LCD screen. Rush to the nearest Nokia care centre and explain the problem to them.After the repair if you experience this problem again and your phone is within the warranty period you can demand a brand new box piece!
