If the cold water only comes out at a trickle, you need to replace the valve. I have had to replace the hot and cold water valves on my washer every couple years.

All Fisher & Paykel top load washers have 4Amp fuse for 240vac.

Pumps are the most common faults in these machines.

the problem other then the thermosat and solenoid valves is probably the main board. to check you need to replace the board with known good second hand board . buy an old machine for parts
