Question about KitchenAid Ovens
My keri203pbs isn't heating properly. Set oven to 400 and gets to about 325. I replaced the temperature sensor with one from Amazon. Now set to 400 it gets to 215. Is that a bad temperature sensor or is there another part I should replace too?
Check burner tubes see if not getting hot

Question moved to KitchenAid.
You may have a bad sensor. Not sure Amazon is the best place to buy. A lot of parts are no longer available, so you should perhaps be thinking of a replacement?

Is the fan spinning okay? This suggests a bad fan. It has a small circular element around the fan.

I dont have the 205. And on regular bake, the fan shouldn't be running. Only on convection I thought?
Google sent me there. Here is the 203. It has 3 elements, bottom, broil and convection.

Lots of obsolete parts on this one as well. Does it reach temperature on other modes, convection and broil? If it does, check if the bottom element gets glowing red after 5 minutes of being on? That would suggest the element is faulty, but in my experience the work or they don't. $93 is a lot to fork out on a hunch. Or that thermostat sensor is faulty. I would call for service as nothing makes sense.
