No, phones don't have an infra-red transmitter. That would only work if the HK was connected to wifi and HK made an app and the internal circuity and logic to accept it.

Contact HK direct and buy a new remote.

That should be answerable but first read the instructions they contain some amazing information. I can not help you because I have no idea of what you want to know.

you have interference from something too close to your receiver. or too close to a speaker. don't stack all your devices together.

Possibly lack of ventilation or excessive volume through difficult speaker loads.

The problem is in the audio circuitry, there are bad solder joints on the board that need to be addressed, from your description it is a intermittent issue with the sound. Since this a high end unit I recommend a top audio technician to work on your amplifier, and I suggest not using the system until it is repaired because the risk to the audio output parts getting damaged is high and they are pricey.

Wow, general problem here, but the most near your problem could be, power failure, or the Power adapter is bad, or a energy failure at home, time to buy a new adapter.
