NET10 operates on either the T-mobile network or AT&T network here are the APN setting for both carriers:
Net10 AT&T APN service
If the one you are running on is AT&T, please enter the following values on the APN: Name: net10 APN: tfdata MMSC: http://mms-tf.net MMS proxy: mms3.tracfone.com MMS port: 80 Any fields not noted above should be left blank Net10 T-Mobile APN service
If on the other hand your net 10 service is based on T-Mobile network, use these values instead: Name: net10 APN: wap.tracfone MMSC: http://mms.tracfone.com MMS proxy: Leave in blank MMS port: 8080 Any fields not noted above should be left blank
To set the APN go to Settings>More>Mobile networks>Access Point Names>Menu>New
