Given that the bulb actually lights up and then goes out you need to check the contacts at the base of the socket to ensure proper contact is consistently made at the base of the bulb. Be sure to unplug the projector prior to inspecting and adjusting.

What do you mean by "tv"? What is your input source into the projector?

Nope. You can NOT increase brightness of a projector by installing a brighter lamp. Sorry. The only option is replacing the projector with a brighter model.

With a bit of luck a fuse may have blown though almost certainly the lamp has gone. Never **** the projector when the lamp is on.

Check the "Default Source" using the remote or buttons on top of the projector.

Default Source toggles among Computer 1 analog, Computer 1 digital, Computer 2, and Video. This determines which source the projector checks first for active video during power-up. Highlight Default Source and click the left or right mouse button to toggle among the options.

Have you reset the lamp timer by pressing both of the brightness buttons at the same time it worked on our infocus litepro 720

i have an infocus prolite 730. the image projected is not sync'd. so there are 'shadows'. does anyone know if this can be corrected?
