My guess is that you will have to run a factory restore.
If you have vital important data on the tablet that you cannot loose then you should be thinking about that first.
I recommend you search youtube.com for alternate possible solutions. To backup your data one might be to boot to linux using a usb-pen drive or DVD, Barts Boot disk is another option which may enable booting into WinXP OS to backup your important data before applying a Factory Restore. If this is a laptop (After you have performed the Factory Restore) I encourage you to download a copy of Macrium Reflect and learn how to use it to create a backup of your system. Then if it ever happens again you will be able to restore a previously saved image that is not infected.
