800-255-5516 and ask for the part number. It's unlikely they will have the part. But if you can get the part number, you can search for it. It's possible you can find it online, it's a simple rectangular box that holds 6 D cell batteries with a slide lever ON/OFF switch.

Battery compartments are located on the bottom of the feet. Access panel removal requires the loosening of ONE screw on each foot. Each foot accepts two double-A batteries. Do NOT remove the back of the toy.
1.) make sure the helmet is switched to "ON" not "Demo"
2.) if the toy stops working, try pressing the yellow button directly above the playskool logo on the helmet.
The toy uses a simple IR light to communicate between the controller
and the helmet, and any controller will work with any helmet. Make
sure the light and the receiver in the helmet (front, middle under the
lip in line with the playskool logo) have an unobstructed view of one
another.
