navigating HPE.com is not easy at all, im still learning

The first two, the seats and the locks, should be a fuse, but might be a relay.
That fuse may be under the hood, or inside the black plastic fuse and relay box under the hood.
Since the locks and seats take a considerable amount of current, a relay is the more common problem.

-How old is the unit?

What is the part number of your motherboard?
Look on the motherboard for a part number. Usually it is a combination of letters and numbers.
Common motherboards are Gigabyte, MSI, ASUS, Asrock, etc
Type that part number you found on your board into Google. You should be looking for a weblink that points to the manufactures website. eg www.gigabyte.com
If you wish, write down the part number of the board and then go to the manufacturers website eg www.asus.com and then type in your part number.
You will be looking for the motherboard manual once you locate the motherboard on the website. If you do have the manual it is usually shown where the computer case leads go in that manual.
One another note, often with a magnifying glass you can work out what leads go onto what pins on the motherboard pin assembly. for eg the speaker connections are usually marked SPKR (or something similar) and the adjacent pins will be for the RESET, LED, POWER etc etc

Try looking at the main board very near the flyback and you should see 3 fuse links (they look like hard capacitors) one of them is probably open causing lack or power to the convergence board by way of the ribbon seated close to the vertical output IC
