Hi, Does anyone have the instruction manual for a bread maker GBM101W-21? it was only a cheap model but it had the weights and measurements on the manual which I have lost. Would be so grateful if you can help me.
Make sure you use bread flour and test your yeast to make sure it is active every so often. I make bread every week, but the old way. Check out John Kirkwood on YouTube, great channel and a chef like me.

go to hillbillyhousewife.com and they have instructions for bread machines. I have used 3 different models of breadmachines and they work about the same. The site also has recipes. I use this recipe most of the time for fast bread that takes one hour for the Toastmaster TBR15.
I cup plus one tablespoon warm water - I use warm water from the tap but you can use a cooking thermometer if you like.
2 tbs oil
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
3 cups white flour OR 1 1/2 cups white and brown flour
1 tbs yeast
Adding glutein will make the bread have a smoother texture. Follow the directions on the box.
Add ingredients in order.
Program breadmachine to fast bake and let it go. You will have fresh baked bread in an hour.
