Question about Hoover Washing Machines
No lights and no functions working. there are no dials except the options dial for types of clothes but that is not faulty. I swapped power outlets with a working appliance but still no power to machine. it worked one day but wouldn't let me open the door soon after so i waited until the next day and it opened with no problem but no power LED working. Breaker is fine.
I would say check for a fuse blown. Not in your panel, but in the machine. These fuses could be bolt up or inline. But will always be accessible. Shine a light through it and it should make a solid and visible connection. If not, that's your culprit.

Testimonial: "Thanks for this Patrick. i had a tech come out to check and he said it was the 'Power Module'. (His description). Waiting on a quote for parts. where would the line fuse be exactly in the run of cabling? i think i would have to pull the back and top casing off to get to the circuit board or power module which is situated in the bottom back of the machine."

That would be correct. The "line" here is established by the connection points between power supply and whatever it is powering. So somewhere "in-line" from the power supply. The module you spoke of could control the fusing and that would mean your tech (which I am not) is correct.
