It's possible that the connection between your Nintendo Entertainment System and Seiki TV isn't properly set up. Here are some steps you can try:
Ensure that your Nintendo Entertainment System is properly connected to your Seiki TV. You can use the red and white AV jack to connect the audio cables, and the yellow jack to connect the video cable.
Once you've made sure that everything is connected properly, turn on both your Nintendo Entertainment System and Seiki TV.
On your Seiki TV, go to the "Input" or "Source" button on your remote control and select "AV" or "Composite" as the input source.
If your screen still flashes black and blue, try unplugging and plugging in the cables again, making sure that they are securely connected to both your Nintendo Entertainment System and Seiki TV.
If you're still having trouble, try using a different set of AV cables, as the cables may be damaged.
If none of these steps work, it's possible that either your Nintendo Entertainment System or Seiki TV is not working properly. You may need to seek further technical assistance to diagnose and fix the problem.
Sounds like the fl tube inverter board power is failing. All flat panel screens us thin fluorescent tubes to light the edges of the screen, and when the tubes fail either from age or due to a power issue the screen will go black.

This is an exact problem that I am facing with my Seiki 50" TV. From my research, here are the probable issues:
1. Main Board/T-Con Boards are fine
2. Power Board : MIP550D-5TB could be defective - most probably the culprit. There is a power test to try but w/o schematics, it is not possible to identify component
3. If Power Board replacement does not solve, it is the backlight LED strips that are defective - tought one to replace.
Will update this thread at a later date.
