The water-in-fuel warning light keeps coming on..have changed the filter and drained numerous times have put diesel power liguid in the fuel as well but still keeps coming on..?

You didn't tell us what this is, car truck generator etc, make model serial. Generally if you have done what you said, you need to find that sensor. Usually part of the filter assembly. Try cleaning it well. You may have to replace it. Search for [make][model][year]WIF sensor.

How do you clean the ionizer in a lasko wind curve

You have to take the fan apart. They didn't design it with the convenience of the customer who likes to keep things clean in mind, so you have to get out a bunch of screwdrivers and stuff and roll around on the ground and fight with it until you get it apart. I posted a lengthy post on how to get this model apart, as I just did mine yesterday. Just look for my name on the Lasko models like this one. But be careful and don't try it if you don't think you can pull it off without getting hurt.

Clean the filter : Lasko Model #5812

First make sure heater is unplugged. Next, on the side of the heater locate two holes (see image) these are what's keeping everything in front together. unscrewing these and genty pulling sides out lwill release the top filter and front where control knob is and bottom filter where the heated air comes out. Clean filter & re assemble.

I have a lasko tower ceramic heater that keeps shutting down.

mine does the same thing every year. I just clean out the dust from the vents on the back of the heater so the heater can breath otherwise it could get too hot and the safety fetcher kick in and makes the heater stop working.
