Dell told you w7-64 max (dell.com and read , see"?)
QM57 chip set it is. 2010 made. 12 years old.
is ethernet dead too?????????????????
not told ! that.
if internet is dead so be PnP (plug and play()
connect ethernet jack to your router, first, so PnP can do its job.
there is no USB 3 on any QM57 ever made USB 2 yes.

or go to PC2, (called for decades sneaker net)
get all w7 drivers from dell.com e6410 page
the copy them to USB stick thumb drive.
the using PC1 (sick) load the w7 drivers to w10
right lick chipset.exe driver and click compatiblity mode
w7 to 10
pray, 1/2 the time this trick works only LUCK matters.
doing it worn with no dell support
but ethernet in his PC uses intel 82577 GBe and it too must have the w10 driver or it too is dead.
dell.com has not only full drivers, for this PC.
intel tells to use only the dell driver, (dells designed )
get etherent working first not USB
or do sneaker net PC1 to pc2 SICK
THat is how this is down and works 1/2 the time forced.

dell told you not to do this and did. so you come here and not to their forum?

Dell windows 7 pro 32 bit windows dvd maker says video card

The drivers may now be default Windows instead of original, so you could try forcing by right clicking the setup and using trouble shooting mode. Or just go to Dell support and enter service tag on their web site, then look for updated Win 7 drivers. gl
