Kymco Maxi XLS Mobility Scooter will not start?

Battery health indicator shows charged battery and the green light is on. When pressing forward control nothing happens and the green light starts to flash and remains flashing. Battery voltage is 13+ volts so doesn't appear a battery issue. Any suggestions on solution or where I can get fixed?

This sounds like something simple, like brake or freewheel lever engaged.

hi Alan, i have seen that fault before sadly the controller was faulty. No one by any chance remove the wiring on the controller and refitted ?

Continuous green flashing light

a continuous green flashing status light with no pause means battery voltage low , if there is a pause count how many flashes before a pause, the controller telling you what the fault is ..
