Not easy to remove. Do you have a laminating pouch wrapped around it? Remove the top of the case and with a pair of pliers and a knife like a boning knife, cut the sheet into strips. It is easier if you let the unit get to temperature as it softens the plastic.

Fusion 1100L Laminator when switched on keeps beeping, no heat

If your Fusion 1100L Laminator is beeping without heating up, several issues could be causing this. First, check if the device is properly plugged in and the power source is functional. Inspect the heating element and ensure there are no blockages or malfunctions. Verify that you are using the appropriate pouch thickness, as exceeding the laminator's capacity may trigger a safety feature. If the problem persists, it could be a faulty temperature sensor or a wiring issue. In such cases, consulting the user manual or contacting the manufacturer's customer support for troubleshooting assistance or possible repairs is recommended.

If still in warranty follow the warranty procedure in your user manual. If out of warranty contact Swingline - http://www.swingline.com/us/us/2669/consumer-care. They may be able to offer repair options.

WHY DOES LAMINATOR KEEP FLASHING E4

I called Swingline and they told me to unplug the machine for 45 minutes to an hour, and then try again. (This resets the machine supposedly.) If there are additional problems, I was told, you may have to look into warranties, etc.
