Bissell Model #7700 Big Green complete Shampooer- Vacuum. It stated sounding different then smoke came bellowing out of it. Now it wont start up .Just makes a humming sound. Is the motor burnt up. where can i buy a motor if this is bad?

Make sure the hose solution line is connected, wet clean button is pressed, look for two small o-rings on the end of the fitted end of the hose solution line, and run the machine for 5 minutes with all three buttons engaged to dislodge any clogs from the heater.
