faulty sensor

sounds like a sensor faulty will need a tech to recify the problem.

look for the model number at the front, bottom of the fridge where the door meets the fridge body (eg 22021-D). Go to shop.onlineappliancespares.com.au and either buy the whole handle ($150) or just the broken lugs ($15)

Hi - I believe the problem is the power module located on the rear of the machine. I have not done work on F&Paykels for a long time.

Whats happenning is the controls is picking up an error with the input power supply, the modules perhaps got an intyermittent issue.

Try this turn your fridge off & back on again - the E522B will start to beep indicating the lose of power which is exactly whats happening to the unit at the moment, to eliminate the beeps you reset with the temp button on the inside.

try to shut it off or unplug your unit for several minutes to reset the unit then plug it on after then observe.

Hi just read your posting.Now on the wash progress line of lights ,there will be 8 in this row.Starting from the left to the right which lights are lit.Is it the 2nd ,3rd and 7th or the 1st, 4th and 8th ---etc---?Please reply with additional information and I can help you rectify this fault on your machine.Looking forward to your reply

kenmore elite, alarm kept going on and b flashed on and off. I finaly figured out on bottom of freezer there is a battery door open it and change 9v. thats it,

the beeping is an alarm certain lights on the display will be flashing when it is beeping record which lights are flashing this idicates a fault code then post your results and i will tell you what the fault code is and what the problem is likely to be :)
