The problem is that the printer is infected, the keys are not working. Please I need it urgently can someone share?

3: MAGIC, PRINT TEST PAGE FAILS PROVING PRINTER IS BAD, AND NOT SOFTWARE EVER FIXED A DEAD PRINTER.
dead is dead, and hint #1 is LCD + setting + language will not SAVE.

and more key pair press for print test page that is dead.
the test page works with NO PC or USB any data cables at all. so printer is dead only

but I found cause. the IR encoder gear drive cracked,a super weak design.
killing paper pull-in drive Dead.
and HP had no spare parts for that.
the plastic to steel shaft can not be glued. as not one type of glue worked.

Solution: There were images of how to remove the card with the battery in the contents you sent, or I quickly removed it from there, took the battery out, waited 5-10 minutes, inserted a new battery. I quickly closed it back and when I turned on the printer the keys were working. Thank you so much.
I would like to respond to your other posts. It made me laugh and took me back to the past :D I bought my printer in 2007. I've been using it as a home user ever since. Of course, not having up-to-date technology features bothers me from time to time when I need it. But when it will no longer work, then I will buy a new one, and now in my country (Turkey) technological products have become extremely expensive because of the dollar exchange rate. A multi-purpose printer with a tank is normally $200, and the price is currently $2000, so I don't want to renew my printer as long as I print out.
Let me tell you, I'm a careful consumer, hp did not produce a bad printer, and a few years ago I disassembled, cleaned and reassembled all the parts of my printer. When I use it consciously (if there is no planned obsolescence), I use most electronic products for many years :D

the battery is too old to just pull and put back. (if is)
the coin cells must not be below 2.9vdc
and just below that magic point is end of life and the voltage falls so very fast.

WHAT CAN HAPPEN IS THIS.
COIN OUT AND BACK IN SURE DOES RESeT THE SETTINGS.
BUT if coin is marginal; it works a while and later the settings all scramble again.
ever have weak old car battery , works one day then only clicks the next day, repeats oddly.
same thing weak/intermittent battery
marginal batteries can be a huge time waster. even fail hot or cold,
that battery CR2032 is used in car keyfobs too and makes it easy to find even in car parts stores. and PC shops
here it is $1, or $100 IN Turkey I hope not.
best is fresh battery every 5 years,
so no down time loss. YMMV.

Master Reset: Unplug the printer (usb cable), then pressing the help and ok buttons simultaneously plug it back in.

a 3 year old coin reads 3vdc
3.0v is it sweet spot for 7 years that he CLIFF hits. hard.
it is true some better coins can run 10 years. (in the wild) or just lucky.
