You might try going to this Timex repair link and ask them for a list of authorized Timex repair shops in your area. Or you could send it back to them.

maybe your watch is in the line up to be repaired, all you can do now is to get their contact nubers,so that you can call them for the status of your watch.

Go to Timex.com (for USA) and click on Corporate Contact Info for contact information ; there is a lot of information offered.

or Timex.co.uk (for UK) and click on Contact information for the maintenance contact information.

The watch would have to go back to the manufacture, try www.timex.com for customer support and ask for technical assistance, they should be able to direct you to the nearest authorized store or they may have you send it to them.

Try going to the Timex wen site https://www.timex.com/info/Website_Help. There you will be able to contact their help line and they should be able to tell you how to get your watch repaired.

(Two years is not old for a watch, so they should have spares.)

Its alot more complicated then you think. If you want to do it right, I would suggest taking to local watchmaker, or call Timex (see link) to send in for repair. Sorry but thats the best advice.

No I believe there is no way to resurrect your watch from the dead, however if you LOVE your watch you can send it back to Timex and they will replace the movement. Ive given away a few hundred of their paid postage boxes to customers. They charge fair prices and have a decent turn around time! If you do send it to Timex be sure to remove your band if its not the original!

Ive never had 1 unhappy Timex customer who sent their watch in for repair! :-)
