Model PFSF6PKX GE Profile is a french door refrigerator with bottom freezer. The refrigerator section has a slide-out deli drawer. I had packages of cheese and lunch meats in there and when I took one out today, it was wet. I found about 1/4" of water throughout the bottom of the drawer-- not just a little "moisture". I pulled out the drawer and poured the water into the sink. What could be causing this?
If it is okay when you go to bed and soaking wet in the morning, your defrost drain is blocked.

Testimonial: "Thank you for the quick reply. We were not able to remove the interior back panel (as shown in the video) without risking breaking off the foam insulation. The unit is nearly 14 years old (it came with the condo we bought 6 months ago) and is known to have persistent problems with the defrost drain. Fortunately it is still keeping food cold for now but we will likely replace it soon."
