try this Hold the power button and the volume up button when u see the screen come on let go of the power button but keep holding the volume up button the android man will pop up u after hold the power button and tap the volume up button the recovery screen will pop up go down with volume down button to wipe data press the power button to select it go down to yes then select that it will erase the table it will go back to recovery mode the go to reboot select that and it will restart your tablet
You will probably have to do a factory hard reset on your tablet - which means potentially losing all the data on it. If you have an Android OS tablet, you need to hold the Volume up and Power buttons down together for about 5 seconds then let go of ONLY the Power button. Keep holding down that Volume up button until you see the little green Android guy appear on the screen. You should get a couple of options like wipe data/factory reset which you can choose using your volume down button to scroll to it and your power button to confirm you choice. Good luck.
