I am guessing it runs on rollers on a rail like a filing cabinet. See if it has dropped off. A quick search shows the normal issue is not staying shut.

Electrolux pedestal drawer won't close

Good Afternoon Apetgroomer,

I see that you're having trouble with your Electrolux pedestal drawer, model# EPWD15TS, door not closing. There are 2 pieces inside the drawer that help to keep the drawer shut that could be broken. One is the drawer strike, which is actually attached to the drawer itself. The other is the drawer actuator, which is attached to the casing which holds the drawer. Check both of these parts, and if it is one of them, i suggest contacting the manufacturer to se if they have any replacement parts.

Drawer will not stay closed

Hello David, I am JK. I understand that you are having trouble with the drawer staying closed on your pedestal. I would recommend checking to make certain that nothing is caught under the pedestal keeping the drawer from closing properly. If this is not the concern, the strike and/or latch might need to be replaced.

Electrolux icon fridge door alarm won't stop

The door alarm goes off when the door is shut. Reset the alarm and it will repeat in five minutes. The door seal looks fine, the latch on the main body which I assume detects the door is closed has no effect. I powered down the unit with no effect other than the LEDs don't come on now.
