or the HDD is bad, you do know right they shrink size as they fail. (if not dead 100%) as dead is zero MB.

the caveat is , printer/scanner/copier brains are not too smart, and if the hdd is bad, it just shows full.
the firmware is never as smart as a real OS. (NO PUN)

read that page, on deleting files if it shows that failing the hdd is bad.
hdd age, 2013 -2021 = 8 years old, par is 5 year life unless you put in top enterprise grade drive.
