Idect phone does not ring on incoming calls

Sounds like a fault, if you've had them for over 30 days and still have your receipt contact 0845 345 9677 (Helpline) and they will be repaired/replaced under the warranty.

i have an idect s2i phone which is not displaying incoming call numbers could u help please

phone ring low. how do i turn up the volume?

Go to HS Settings > Call Blocker > OFF

ave you set it from inside the profiles for incoming calls. have you turned up the volume from the side of them phone when making or recieveing calls. set your pofile with all the loud tones and then it should work again.

the issue that you have has something to do with the "Rings to answer", for you to change it follow the steps..

1. press SETUP BUTTON on your printer
2. Scroll down and look for BASIC FAX SETUP, then press OKAY
3. Inside Basic fax setup, scroll down and look for RINGS TO ANSWER, then press okay.
4. It will give you choices there, just look for ANSWER ON RING 6, then press okay,

tadahhhh!! THAT SHOULD WORK.

did u try removing the battery and reinserting after 2 min..

and if already tried,

then try dialing from oter phones, or check the assign tone in ur phone contact from which ur testing to be assigned with some ring tone...

Okay first you'll need to know the 2 digit "Set" number for your Phone.
Press "Featire" *0 then Intercom to get the 2 digit number.

Okay Now we need to configure:
Press "Feature" **CONFIG or **266344
Press: Next until "Sets" appears "press Show" Top Right Button
Enter 2 digit "Set Number"
Press Next Until You Get Ringing Lines
Hit the "Change" Button to Turn the Line to "Yes" to ring
Do this for each Line you have that you want to ring.
