Yes, you now have to enter all settings again, because by setting back to default factory settings, you also deleted the database. I hope you made notes about all your settings and passwords. If you did not, and you have to put in new passwords you also have to change passwords on all the devices using your router.
Something new is blocking the airway from the freezer to the fridge. Check the freezer, look for vents that have been blocked. If it has been blocked too long, ice can build up in passageways in the freezer that are hard to get to. Maybe the fan got jammed, you should hear it when the freezer door is closed. It usually stops when the freezer door is open, but if you push the switch it should run.
I found this picture in database, did you look in glove box? I have a tech manual for tpms, for Toyota it just says lower dash for reset switch. For the picture, there is no orientation, you can't really tell anything. The info does say all Toyota with tpms has reset button. Sorry, I'm not sure where it is located or if there is one? I can only go by what the database says.
