I have a Magic Chef portable ice maker. My breaker flipped and when I flippped it back on, all of my appliances came back on except for my ice maker. It wont power on at all.

It sounds like the icemaker had a dead short and tripped the breaker. You would have to strip it down and check all the electrical components and look for water leaks onto electrics.

PUT THE ICE TRAY IN HOT WATER ..OR KEEP THE REFRIGERATOR OPEN (EVEN THE ICE TRAY) AND LET THE ICE FLOW OUT. REMEMBER TO KEEP THE FOOD ITEMS IN A SAFE AND HYGIENIC PLACE .
