How to turn the power on Lenovo tablet A3000-H with broken volume buttons, broken power buttons and internally sloped charging plug-in.

Lenovo tablet A3000-H. Since 2013, the volume buttons and power button were broken as the device was set careless and fell several times onto ground. And the charging plug-in is sloped internal and can't be usually charged though it has enough battery charges, the device is set power off. It's scheduled when to power on and off but it didn't power on recently.

You need to fully charge the tablet and THEN do a factory reset. The hardest part is waiting.

Follow the steps provided below to perform a Hard Reset on your iRULU Android Tablet:
  1. Turn your iRULU tablet off.

  5. Now your Tablet will start the hard resetting process.

Once the process begins DO NOT press any buttons and don't try to turn the device off.
Your tablet should now be reset.

Hi step 1 turn of tablet step 2 press & hold : volume up + volume down + power buttons step 3 in recovery menu use the volume down button to move the highlight & the volume up to select step 4 choose one by one"wipe data/factory reset "Yes delete all user data" and finally "Reboot system Now". Hi try holding down the power button for aprox 60 seconds with charger plugged in if u don't have any luck try holding down power button & volume up button at the same time to see if it will reboot .. good luck

How do I reset my Lenovo tablet

You did not say which tablet you have. For Ideatab Android tablet, start with battery fully charged and tablet OFF. Press and hold Volume Up and Power at the same time until menu appears on screen. To navigate the menu, use Volume Down to move through the menu choices, Volume Up to select the current menu choice (like an Enter key) and Power button to return to previous menu. On the "Factory Menu", move down to "Clear eMMC" and select that option. You should see a message that data is being cleared. This may take several minutes to complete. Wait for it. When it completes, the tablet should be reset to the way it came from the factory so you will have to set up again user ids, wifi passwords, download apps, etc.

Why want my tablet come on?

Please make sure the tablet is charged for at least 4-6 hours. Also, make sure the correct button is being used, oftentimes we hear the back or home button has been used in error. If the issue persists, you can try performing a power reset. There should a power reset button near the charging port. It looks like a tiny hole. While plugged into the charger, use a paperclip to push the button inside this hole for 3-5 seconds. If it turns on, please allow it to charge for 4-6 hours before using it. If you leave it on the charger for longer than the allocated time, you will go back to having the same problem as before. If the power does not come on, please leave it plugged up for 4-6 hours then disconnect it from the power and turn it on.

If your tablet does not have the reset button: With the tablet plugged into the charger, hold the power button for 10 seconds then click the volume up once. If it turns on, please allow it to charge for 4-6 hours before using it. If you leave it on the charger for longer than the allocated time, you will go back to having the same problem as before. My 7 inch Samsung galaxy tablet will not come on.

have you tried turning off tablet with charger plugged in and letting it charge up. You should see a battery symbol come onto the screen with a pulsing level indicating the battery is being charged. hold in power till unit turns off then plug in charger cable into tablet and switch on charger at power point . Do not try and push power switch to power up tablet see if screen indicates charging is occurring. I have experienced this exact problem on a samsung tablet !

Cant get my samsung tablet to turn on

Your tablet's battery is probably dead. This may be because you have a bad battery, a bad charger, or a bad charging cable. Try using a different cable first and let it charge for a few hours - even if it doesn't look like it is charging.

If the new cable doesn't do it, try using a different charger. Samsung devices are picky about what charger you use, so try to use one made for your tablet. If you don't have another charger, plug it into a PC's USB port with the PC turned on. Leave them on and plugged in over night. That should trickle charge your tablet.

If neither of those work, try holding down the power and the Volume Up buttons. Keep them both pressed until the Samsung logo/boot screen comes up - should only be a couple seconds. Once the logo comes up release the power button but keep holding the Volume Up button. That will boot you into Recovery Mode. If that comes up, it means you've got power and your tablet isn't broken, but there is something wrong with the Android OS that is keeping your tablet from powering up normally. Use the Volume Up and Down buttons to move the selection highlight to the Factory Reset option. This will wipe all the info off your tablet and put it back into a "brand new just out of the box" state. You'll lose your information on the tablet, but this should fix the boot problem. Press the power button to chose the Factory Reset option. It will take a few minutes. Once it says that it is done, select the Reboot or Restart option. It should reboot. This boot will take longer than normal, since its wiping things out. But not more than a few minutes.
