Reinstall the drivers

install teh software first and then connect the mouse. It shall help

First check in laptop that your wireless mouse driver are installed proeprly.
Reinstall drivers then check.

there is no need of softwere for both. im now using logitech brand. But we need to set progrram in control pannel. we should use battery in mouse and key bord. To contact usb senser. thanks ( nepal)

I think my mouse is not moving because one usb is missing. I
have trouble find one usb that can help move my mouse.

Un-install the mouse driver. Disconnect the wireless mouse hup and shut down your computer. Re-attach your wireless mouse hub and your computer should reconize the hardware and automaticaly install the hardware driver.

I had this happen to me after reprogramming my tv remote too close to my laptop and mouse. Try resetting the reciever and then the mouse by pushing the reset buttons on each one while they are plugged in ( reciever first, then the mouse ).

I assume this is a wireless mouse, Is there a similar button on the reciever? press this at the same time as pressing the one on your mouse
