Long fill error code if you have flood safe water hoses replace with regular hoses, this may sound stupid but I have seen this in the field make sure water is turned on, other possible reasons bad inlet valve or no power to valve from control, front load washers are notorious for rubbing a hole in the tube that goes to the pressure switch this switch is what tells the control to output power to the inlet valve also make sure the drain hose hasn't fallen to the floor. Quickest way to eliminate some things start with an empty washer after door locks unlocks and locks again the basket will rotate a few times then water should enter the machine fill to a level in the the basket that is barely above the bottom holes in the bottom then stop this eliminates control and inlet valve , if unit continues to fill and you get water half way up the door glass probably a hole in pressure switch tube I very seldom see a pressure switch go bad hopes this helps.
