Question about Vizio E420-A0 42" LED TV 1920x1080, 60 Hz, HDTV

Open Question

How to unclip and remove the back of a Vizio E420-A0 TV?

I've removed all the screws, but the back panel is clipped in place by clips of unknown design in unknown locations. Where are they located and how does one release them? Answer: With the tv resting on its wide edge, using a pair of short stubby flat-blade screwdriver, start at one corner and insert one into the seam between the two pieces and rotate it around its axis to begin spreading the seam. As soon as it's practical, insert the second screwdriver, and begin moving the first one further away, stopping periodically (every 2-3 inches) to rotate. As the distance increases, begin rotating with more force, and eventually, one of the holding pins will finally unsnap and progress will be easier. Continue in this vein, attempting to unsnap every few inches. In the case of the E420-A0, no wires are connect the back to the rest of the set: once completely unsnapped all the way around, it comes off easily.

The rear wiper on my 99 Bravada has quit working. It made about 2 passes over the window before it completely stopped. How do i go about replacing the rear wiper motor?

Unscrew inside panel on tailgate (3 screws-1 each side, 1 in the middle), unclip and remove by pulling up and out towards the rear. Unscrew all screws holding steel plate down, unclip plastic clips that hold the rod running behind the plate and unhook rod at top of that opens the window. Unclip wiring harnesses, remove wiper from the outside (1 nut holding it down)and unbolt the motor. It is pretty self explanatory once you have the steel plate removed, just remove and install the screws and clips in the same order and try it out before you put all your screws back into the steel plate since there are so many. Back window must be closed for wiper motor to work. To save yourself from replacing the motor with a new one, 9 out of 10 times it is simply the locking washer has come off of the gear inside the motor, if you pop off the plastic motor cover you will see the washer is off the gears are out of place. I realigned the gear and replaced the washer with a "C" clip and it has been working great for over a year!

How do i remove the radio from the dash 1998 hyundai accent

You have to take out the ash tray, and remove those two screws, then pop out the center dash trim. Careful, though, you have to take out a lot of the wiring inside of your center dash trim in order to pull it out for enough room to move the radio in and out.
OR more elaborately try the following:-
1. Remove the panel under the steering wheel. There should be four bolts - the two at the top are covered with plastic caps. When you have removed the panel, take off the two climate control cables that run to the air controls on the dashboard. They should be secured with clips which need to come off, and the wire centre is wound around a small control knob which should have a push in clip so the wire can slip off.
2. Make the glove box drop down by removing the two plastic clips at the back of the inside of the glove box. These clips are the glove-box buffer stops and should spring off and can be pulled through the clip-opening. Behind the glove-box is another wire to un-clip, but this one slips straight off the metal control actuator.
3. Remove the ash-tray by pressing the spring loaded metal part down and take the two screws out at the back of the ash-tray. You should now be able to unclip the central dashboard. Use a screwdriver to lever it away gently, and watch for the small metal clips that drop out as you do so. As you pull it away the cables you unclipped will come away from their place and come out with the dash unit.
4. After pulling the dash-board out a few inches you should be able to see the seating screws for the radio. Take all the screws out and pull the radio forward. By unclipping the cables at the top of the unit you will find you have enough play to pull the driver's side right forward and jigger the head unit out of the gap on one side of the unit.

2001 nissana sentra door panels

There should be a screw where you put your hand to close the door and a screw under the door latch remove both of those. next pop the plastic clips out that hold the panel in place by prying on them with a flathead screwdriver being careful not to scratch the paint. now the door panel should move but wont be completly off. next reach behind it and disconect the two rods by uncliping the clip on each one. if you have power locks and windows disconect the wire harnesses by pulling them apart they usualy have a tab you have to push to unclip them.

I need help with disassembly of Vizio GV42L LCD TV

remove all the screws and start at the bottom and push in the tabs, and work around the edges, being careful not to pry too hard, the cover has clips all around the tv. after the bottom is free and one of the corners the cover will kind of pop off if you use the palm of your hand and lightly tap as you apply sum upward pressure.
