I have a comfort 75 monitor that won't turn on. It is a 2017 model. It died the other night and now it won't turn back on. Currently I have a red light and two green lights permanently lit on the left of the screen this is when the monitor is not plugged in. If I plug it in the red light turns purple and the two green lights stay lit. Does anyone have a solution to fixing this? Motorola won't help as it is no longer a device they support.
You should be taking it to a local hardware repair store to get it checked out. Most probably, the panel has gone bad.

the battery inside takes 16 hour to charge,
after 4 years that battery inside is now bad, and must be replaced.
ask MOT how to do that, or any electrics shop in town can. worth SALT.
to work the parent unit must be PAIRED<
all batteries must be good, not just in one thing.

battery. as you can see batteries are always problematic, for sure if one shorts. and overloads the base unit(baby)
they can't help you (because) the repair is more than a new system.
econ 101 and cheap china device, are throw away, but I'd have fixed mine if the base comes apart.
some are glued together or plastic thermal fused, and impossible to take apart.
they do that so the baby can not get shocked, as in droolling on it.. etc.
nor has a battery hatch with baby pulling out a AAA battery and chocking on it.
so, it is NONE SERVICABLE if sealed up 100% like that.
