If you have the two ends of the wires then they will have the same colors and you will have to put them back together. add new piece of wire if needed and make sure that they are secure. you can use plastic insulated connectors or solder them back together and use shrink tube to weather proof, soldering is the best way for a good connection to any wiring job.

The motorolla box may be remnants of an old disk changer for the stereo. With an amp your power wire goes into the positive wire that goes to your battery, your ground wire will be connected to some bare metal close to wherever you decide to install the amp, and the blue remote wire will be connected to the remote wire that in on the wiring harness of your aftermarket radio ( I'm sure your not installing an amp with your stock radio). if you have installed a new cd player in there then the propblem could be that your speaker wires and either touching each other or grounding them selfs out.. pull of the cd player and check to make sure all the speaker wires are covered properly and no bare wires are exposed.. if you still have a factory cd player in it then you will probably need to take it to a dealership to have it checked out..
