Have you cleaned both the machine and the flask? Dried milk is difficult to clean especially if its a flavored creamer due to the sugar content. Soak the flask lid in hot water and try the milk cleaning tablets

I have found that most of the time that I see this fault there is a broken wire at the brass contact that the lid of the milk container contacts with. This contact is on the door of the machine on the edge of the oval hole that the milk flask is inserted into. There is a torx 10 screw holding the cover on - remove that screw and you can lift that cover off. You will see a single wire going to the contact. If this wire is in fact making a good connection, then the issue is in the top handle of the milk flask - possibly water inside. I hope that helps.
These are very hard to come by! You will want to check with your local Miele dealer for part 7271552. No one makes suitable replacement parts and replacing this will run you about $300-400 + shipping (likely come from Europe). I have yet to find this part readily available in North America. Suitable for CVA506x Miele Accessories Miele UK
It can be several things .. but the first to check is that the milk pipework is not clogged and also that it is fully cleared of milk residue. In other words it may be partially blocked. You need to buy some 'milk line cleaner' ... Miele make it but there are after market products that are cheaper. I use the Cafetto product called 'Pulatte' and it works well but others will do. You need this product for general maintenance anyway. If this does not solve problem then you need to provide specific details on the precise nature of problem.
It sounds like the venturi tube is blocked. Have you ever removed the frothing unit and cleaned in manually? I have a model 4085 and I can reach under where the milk exit tube comes out, twist anti-clockwise (if you are looking up at it) and the whole assembly with the inlet and outlet tube comes out. These pieces can then be individually taken apart and rinsed thoroughly with warm water. If you put it back together (don't forget to twist the connector that locks it back in) and the milk still doesn't froth, take it out again and use a small needle to clear the top of the clear venturi tube which sucks air in to do the frothing. If it is really badly gunged up it might need to be replaced, but mine is 5 years old and still going with regular rinsing. My whole brew unit had to be replaced after 4 years at a cost of about GBP 200, but that's another story.
see the owner manual on how to manualy clean the pipe work i do it on a weekly basis u have to remove the face plate pull down the dispenser nozels and the open the door and remove the mild flask and the remove the milk pipes run the bristels and run some water trough
the lid is already in the locked position. hold the base of the lid, and twist the top handle counter clockwise. now place it on the flask and lock it back into place.
You have clogged milk pipework, likely caused by not rinsing/cleaning the pipework after dispensing milk. This has happened to me a few times and we have had Miele out to fix it. Only they can unscrew the unit to look inside and repair can be expensive. Today, I found a solution I wanted to share! Remove the front cover off the spigots so you can clearly see the nozzles where the milk runs out. Run a rinsing program on the unit, and it will emit steam and hiss and nothing will come through. That is OK for now. Using a balled up towel, plug the side where you are only getting steam coming through. You are essentially causing pressure to build up in the pipework which will dislodge whatever is blocking the system. Careful, as steam will penetrate the towel as my little burnt finger will tell you. The second time I did it, I pressed the towel into position with a spoon....works like a charm and no burnt fingers. Both sides were blocked for me and now run smoothly. Hope this helps someone ;)
