How to change the date on a Mingrui WR30m watch and also the day setting unless these are corordinated?

Keep on clicking on mode until it comes up with the seconds flashing. Then click on reset 5 times until the day is flashing. Then click on start until the day changes to the day you want! :D It worked for me

HOW DO YOU TURN OF THE ALARM ON THE GOLA WR30M

If its the 4 button watch, you hold in the bottom right, which sets it to alarm, and then press the top right button. It bleeps at each press and turns on/off the alarm display.

Timex expedition xl. The start/split button now works exactly like the mode button. Restarting the watch, changing the battery to a new one did not change anything. What could be the problem?
