My RCA 70 UHD has sound but a Blank screen. What is the fix?

I have a 2 yr old RCA 70" UHD TV. Model RTRU7027-US . When I turn it on I can get sound but no picture. Sometimes the picture will flash on when I first turn it on for a split second. Can see screen with flashlight test. This happened once before several months ago and worked fine when I unplugged for a few minutes and plugged back in again.

there is a huge posibility that the electricity wasnt stable and burned your tv... ill try to find a way so you can check if it got burned...
by the way.. how old is the tv?
and when you mean blank.. blank as in black.. right?
does it shows any kind of signs of being on when you turn it on? like lighting up a led?

I had an RCA RLDED5098-F-UHD tv that messed up so I had to destroy is for them to send a new one. The one they sent is an RLDED5098-E-UHD. Which is the better model?

The one they sent is an older model by 1.
Having said that it is a very minor change so the question is "does this tv have all the functions of the F model and is the picture ok??

No picture

By blank, do you mean a white screen? If you have a white screen and sound, then the LCD panel has failed, either the internal panel or the T-Con board driving it. Only an expect can tell you if it can be fixed. Lots of these sets die within 3 yrs. The cheap brands faster than the better brands.

Rca Screen Control These sets have screen control adjustment usually located behind the speaker grill(pops off -velcro or press tabs) and convergence front board. There are 6 contols on a black molded assembly about 31/2"x21/2" square. adjust only the top controls marked "Screen R G B" the bottom ones are focus
Method:
-turn on set and let warm up for 30 min at least
-switch tv to blank unused video input channel
-adjust each control in turn until you see the picture glow (with the corresponding color) and slightly back off the control - repeat for each color - this will increase screen brightness and ballance your color
