now 2 post, same probem. why? post 2 times. 23 minutes apart.
you said movie, SO I ASSUME this is off the likes of NETFLIX or other streaming web sites 1000s.

    let me guess wifi, THIS?
I run wired here (gigalan) and pro WifI AP, as backup or for guests and for Cell phones to avoid cell data charges. (PC and TVs and all rooms in my how are jack in the wall gigalan on purpose.

what you have I can not guess.

here is how a network works (simple) like a water hose.OK
if you put your garden hose to a fire Hydrant, it has weak flow. (horrid weak)
the flow will be dictated to the smallest hose that we call a BOTTLE NECK in HOSE tech (plumbing 101) or NETWORKING 101.
    and more.

first pay the ISP for max bandwidth. 100Mb/s minimum , pay for it
test for it with say TV connected to ISP modem directly or PC direct using 100Mb/s is min.
see it works now? if no ?fails call the ISP. if modem is slow? , then IT IS SLOW.(ISP problem for sure)

yes good, modem and ISP are good.

Now ROUTER problems (vast there are) for sure old junk routers, no model told at all, sigh,(sad face)

the routers is slow. only., then your routers are no good or setup wrong.
some routers are 10 or 100 times too slow and are junk. none told by you. Old are junk for 2 reasons
1: slow, 2: horrid security full of 100s of bugs, EXPLOITS max. get rid of old routers.

if using a fast gigalan rated router.(wired spec) +++

and ac/ax speed wifi. Wifi 6 routers are best of all and PCs and TV that use at least ac, most can not.
connect it router jack. via WAN to WAN cat 6 cable, router to modem. (as the manual told you)
best wifi is class 802.11ac or ax. less is slow, way to slow for NETFLIX
802.11 below ac grade is junk, ac up is good, OK?

are you running 4 TVs and 4PC and 8 Cell phones in the home I can not ever guess all things in your home that used the sub lan and or internet and fur sure at the same time, not me.

Bandwidth must be paid for, based on USE.

    end to end. (no bottlenecks,)
also on netfilx if you lan is slow
use the setting on netfilx to cure that, use the slow settings. there.

learn to tell your streaming source web page and not expect 1000 answers.
"Good video quality in SD (480p). Watch on any phone, tablet, computer or TV. "
    quote NF
    1080p is harder.
    4k way way more hard.
pay only for what you can watch and not get BUFFERING DELAYS./

answered for NF 1 of 1000 streaming sites or more.

The router for the internet and the Wifive is having connections problems and you should replace the router then. Or it could be caused from loose and or broken cables are one of the main reasons why you can get a frequent drop in with the internet connection. A ton of internet problems can come from the cables that are connected to your router and modem. When there are old or broken cables the equipment might not give good performance and also an excellent internet experience

Hello there, I have understand your question. The power of your device for catching signals is very week. So should go for changing the device. Use another tool for this purpose.

Video buffering

Stream broadcast can be affected by internet connection speed, browser type and streams own preferences

Loses connection to netflix during movie

This a router speed/internet connection/buffer memory issue not a flat panel issue.

How to stop buffering

  • 1 Allow the movie to load completely, or at least halfway, before you start to watch it to stop video buffering.
  • 2 Start the movie and then hit stop until the movie has fully or halfway loaded. As the movie is loading, you should see a yellow or gray line. The line you see will get longer as it loads.
  • 3 Close all windows that you don't need. Having too many windows open will slow the loading process.
  • 4 Resume play once the movie is at least halfway loaded or fully loaded. By this time, you should be able to enjoy the movie without the video buffering or constant starting and stopping.

How can i make it so that I can wacth movies on netflix it does not streamline it has to constanly buffer the movies

Streaming video , stopping and buffering is due to slow connection speed. HD movies involve loading a lot of data and hence take a lot of time to buffer. Switch to non-HD video mode and see if it streams without pauses. If that does not fully resolve the problem , you will need to go for a faster internet connection.

You tube always pauses, constantly why?

I must say that the video is so slow in buffering and it is the common problem if the internet connection has a minimal speed and you're playing high quality videos. I suggest you change your subscription that suits your need or lower the quality of the video just refer to its control. If you're downloading, I suggest stopped it for awhile if you want the video will play smoothly.

Youtube's Flash player keeps buffering

1. Its becoz the YouTube server was busy!

2. Just ''Refresh" that page to reload that video.

3. YouTube videos takes a long time to buffer on slow connections.

4. It also depends upon the length of the videos!

Hi? I have a connection problem with two web sites while using my D-Link WBR-1310 router. These web sites are poker stars .com and hulu .com On poker stars .com I?m always losing my connection On hulu .com...

Try port forwarding. In your router open the port pokerstars runs on, then go back in the router and close it when done if you dont want to have a constantly open port on your PC. The buffering problem can be solved in your player. Go to setting or options (depending on which player you use) and increase the buffer size. If viewing media in a web browser, IE or Firefox, right click on the movie and a setting window should come up. Might be able to increase buffer size there. Also try putting the PC in "standby" mode instead of turning if off completely. This may retain your connection settings for the next time you get on hulu or poker stars.Make sure your firewall (in the router and on the PC) isn't kicking you offline too.

YouTube Flash player constantly buffers even if un-nessesary

The best way is to have a DSL or cable connection..You can also use a wireless signal (with a very strong signal)...It buffers when it is downloading the video and the slower your internet connection, the more buffering it will do...also try closing all the other windows except the youtube window and always keep your memory clean using the internet options "delete browsing history"

Problem with Video

Have you been able to watch videos on YouTube prior to this without any hassle?
There are a couple of diagnosis to this situation:-
1. you are downloading or have other programs using your internet bandwith which is causing the buffer to slow right down.
2. your internet speed has dropped due to shaping or even a reduce in plan rate.

When watching a video press pause and let the movie buffer then you will be able to watch the video with out the frame jumps.
